Recently, China Energy's new Phoenix Jingyuan High School Project (now Shanghai Minhang Middle School Affiliated Experimental Middle School) won the third prize in the Project Case Award (Housing Construction Category) of the 3rd Shanghai BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition. This project is a vivid practice of China Energy Engineering Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group, to help the school build morality and cultivate people with innovative design.
The Experimental Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Minhang Middle School is one of the first batch of large-scale steel structure public buildings in Shanghai. The overall use of steel structure assembly and BIM technology saves about 21 million yuan in costs. In order to create an excellent, advanced and beautiful campus environment, the project building adopts a dignified and elegant modern new Chinese style.
In the design process, the design is closely linked with BIM technology, and many new technologies such as aluminum alloy tile-slope roof, self-locking solar installation, vertical seaming aluminum-magnesium alloy large-span roof are used, and the refined characteristics of BIM technology are fully utilized. At the same time, the library is creatively extended to the underground space, with an open design, natural ventilation and lighting, and the effect is comfortable. It not only ensures the visual aesthetics of the building, but also meets the various functional needs of campus buildings.
With the release of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the digital transformation and upgrading in the construction field will be accelerated, and BIM technology will become an indispensable foundational pillar in the process. China Energy Engineering Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. continues to explore the application and research of BIM technology, and will use advanced information technology and scientific management to continue to provide more new solutions and management ideas for engineering projects.
