Zimbabwean Environmental Minister and Ambassador Visit SINOMEC and CSEEC

On January 4, 2015, Zimbabwean Environmental Minister Mr. Saviour Kasukuwere H.E. and Zimbabwean Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in China Mr. Paul Chikawa H.E. visited China Sinogy Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. (CSEEC) and China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (SINOMEC). The CSEEC and SINOMEC executives including PresidentLiu Bin, Vice President Luan Xiang, Vice President Jiang Huadong, etc. warmly welcomed the Zimbabwean delegation. Both sides introduced the respective status of countries and companies, and discussed the possibility and means of cooperation. The Zimbabwean delegates recognized and appreciated the engineering capacity, project execution ability and familiarization of Africanmarket, resources, etc. including Zimbabwe of CSEEC and SINOMEC and expressedthe willingness to support local business exploration by our company within their authorities. They hoped that by the political and economic influence of Zimbabweour company could successfully extend business to surrounding countries and regions.

As a country in the southeastern part of Africa with considerable regional influence, Zimbabwe boasts abundant mineral resources. The serious electricity shortage in the locality and neighboring countries implies huge business space t our company. Through the visit, the delegation further clarifies the huge market opportunities of electricity and petrochemical sectors of this country, which are our corebusinesses. In future the company will further consolidate the investment in the key African countries including Zimbabwe that lays solid foundation forall-round breakthrough development of our international business.
