Several Signing Ceremonies of Distributed Energy Projects Held Recently

On October 12, SINOMEC Smart Energy signed aframework agreement of cooperation with Shandong Lijin Economy DevelopmentZone. Target Lihuayi Group as the major client, the project is to build energystations in stages that cover the chemical, rubber, bioscience and textileenterprises, etc. within 5km radius scope and provide solutions of energyconservation and emission reduction to the industries of high energyconsumption in the park.

SINOMEC Smart Energy signed a framework agreementof cooperation with the Administration Committee of Yuxi High and NewTechnology Development Zone in the city of Yuxi. The intended energy stationsof the project are built in southern zone and Jiulong zone where the formermainly has biomedicine industry like the 900mu core biomedicine industry park currently under construction in the high andnew-tech zone while the latter mainly has food and beverage industry.

On October 16, SINOMEC Smart Energy signed aframework agreement of cooperation with Hubei Shishou Economy Development Zone.Both sides will promote the natural gas distributed energy projects in thepark. As a provincial-level development zone, this economy development zone inthe city of Shishou has formed five pillar industries namely fine chemicals, timberand forestry, auto parts, biomedicine and electronic communication. Oncelaunched into operation, the project will provide energy products like cooling,heating, power, etc. to the existing and ongoing enterprises within thedevelopment zone. In addition, it also supplies natural gas to park enterprisesand residents of Shishou City.

October 24, SINOMEC Smart Energy signed an investmentagreement on natural gas distributed energy project with Taoyuan Town IndustryPark. It is the first park natural gas distributed energy project signed inGuangdong Province, which will serve as a benchmark of comprehensive energyservice of our company in this province.

On November 7, SINOMEC Smart Energy signed a contract ofinvestment, construction and operation of multi-energy complementation energy projectwith DareGlobal Wood (Zhaoqing) Co., Ltd. DareGlobal Wood is the biggest energyconsumer in Deqing Park. It is the first single client of multi-energycomplementation in Guangdong Province contracted by SINOMEC Smart Energy. Bycombining the gas-fueled turbine generator unit, steam boiler of waste heat influe gas and biomass boiler, the project will strengthen the energy supplystability and security of DareGlobal Wood.
