SINOMEC and Haier Start Cooperation

On February 26, SINOMEC and Haiyongshun NewEnergy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Hainergy) signed a framework agreementof strategic cooperation at the Headquarter of Haier Group. The signingceremony was attended by SINOMEC Senior Vice President Li Yang, CSEEC GeneralManager Lin Gang and Vice General Manager Han Zhen, Hair Group Vice PresidentDiao Yunfeng, Hainergy General Manager Li Xiang, etc. Both sides will carry outall-round cooperation in the new energy sectors like solar power, biomass power,wind power, etc. both domestically and internationally.

Haier is the global No.1 brand of white goods for consecutivenine years and recently got access to the new energy sector by establishing asubsidiary company of Hainergy. Haier Group boasts powerful brand effect,mature production and sale network and extensive public relations both at homeand abroad while SINOMEC has the best-of-art capacity of new energy design,EPC, investment, operation and maintenance in China with great fit-for-purposebetween both sides. The cooperation will definitely promote both sidesdeveloping new energy in China and abroad. After signing the agreement, a jointworkgroup will be set up to study the follow-up cooperation issues andefficiently implement the cooperation projects.
