On November 26, the comprehensive energy project in Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, jointly invested and constructed by China Energy Engineering Group, China Energy Conservation Industrial Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. and Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone High-tech Corporation, was officially put into operation.

The comprehensive energy projects in Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone include the incremental power distribution project in Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, the comprehensive energy low-cost park reconstruction project, the comprehensive energy monocrystalline silicon waste heat utilization project, and the digital comprehensive energy management and control platform. By integrating the existing heat and electricity resources in the park, the project builds a CHP + solar heat + energy storage distributed energy station, and creates a new energy consumption and energy service model with complementary multi-energy cooling, heating, electricity and water, extensive interconnection, and interaction between supply and demand.

The project started construction in April this year. During the eight-month project cycle, China Energy Engineering Group, as the EPC general contractor of the project, adhered to the safety concept and strictly controlled safety. The project department has made every effort to overcome the adverse impact of the epidemic, organized efficiently, managed scientifically, and established and improved the three-standard management and control system, so that there is someone responsible for everything, someone to supervise everything, everything has rules to follow, and everything has evidence to check, so as to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and with high quality.

In October, the project entered the trial operation stage of the branch. In order to ensure the safe and stable trial operation of the unit, the project department, in accordance with the requirements of "starting regulations", cooperated with the commissioning unit and equipment manufacturers to check the trial operation plan and defects in time, and successively completed the single trial operation of each system, the commissioning of the water treatment system, and the boilers. Cold debugging work. In the end, all the trial operations met expectations, and the natural gas boilers were ready for ignition.

The operation of the project will inject a strong impetus into the industrial transformation and upgrading of Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, and accelerate the clean energy supply and comprehensive energy management with the pilot reform of incremental power distribution as the starting point.

The project will supply 130,000 tons of steam to Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone per year, generate 44 million kWh of electricity, CHP thermal efficiency can reach 88%, the comprehensive energy cost of users is reduced by 10-20%, the comprehensive energy efficiency efficiency is increased by 15%, and the annual standard coal saving 4,000 tons, saving 62,200 tons of water, reducing CO2 emissions by 21,500 tons, dust emissions by 6,700 tons, SO2 emissions by 721 tons, and NOX emissions by 357 tons, which further reduces the energy cost of the park and helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The multi-energy complementary green, intelligent and shared energy comprehensive service model provides more beneficial explorations for the construction of a clean, low-carbon, energy-saving, green and environmental-friendly demonstration zone, and achieves both economic and social benefits of the project.
