He fully affirmed the phased results of the project "started in the same year and completed in the same year". At present, the comprehensive energy service market has potential. Secretary Jiang Zhigang encouraged project companies to absorb, integrate and optimize the resources of energy enterprises and users in the park, and use the regional-level "electricity, heat, steam, gas" integrated energy digital management and control platform to effectively improve the overall utilization of the park. Energy efficiency, implement the integration of "source, network, load and storage" at the park level and energy conservation and emission reduction, promote the integrated development of the park's multi-energy complementarity and intelligent services, and build the project into a model project for the high-quality development of the industrial park.
After listening to the report from the person in charge of the project company, Secretary Jiang Zhigang pointed out that the project company should implement the new development concept, integrate into the new development pattern, adhere to the general direction of high-quality development and comprehensive energy services, and continue to do a good job in the supporting construction of the project, so as to improve the ecological environment. The level of construction of circular industrial parks will help to implement the development strategy of building a 100 billion-level park.
