Zhongtian Hechuang Ordos Coal Processing Demonstration Project

The circulating water plants (including #1, #2 and #3 circulating water plants and their ancillary facilities) are one of the common facilities of the project. #1, #2 and #3 circulating water plants include their respective cooling water towers and pools, circulating pump houses, suction ponds, auxiliary rooms, bypass filter rooms, substations, cabinets and other structures.

1. #1 & #3 circulating water plants use an open circulating cooling water system. The cooling tower is provided with forced draft fans for better cooling, and the circulating water is pressurized by circulating water pumps for open cycle. The system is equipped with a bypass filter system, a fully automatic dosing system and an intelligent monitoring system for heat exchange, and a sampling system for periodical water quality analysis to ensure normal continuous operation.

Capacity: #1 circulating water plant has a design capacity of 35,000m3/h;

#3 circulating water plant has a design capacity of 60,000m3/h;

And they have an annual operating hour of 8,000.

#2 circulating water Plant:

#2 circulating water plant uses a closed air cooling system to save water. The system is also equipped with a bypass filter system, a fully automatic dosing system and an intelligent monitoring system for heat exchange, and a sampling system for periodical water quality analysis.

Capacity: #2 circulating water plant has a design capacity of 45,000m3/h;

And it has an annual operating hour of 8,000.
